Founded in 1867, The Standard Club is the oldest social club in Atlanta. The current location is in John's Creek, GA and is a private, member owned club. The golf course is an 18-hole championship course and was designed by Arthur Hills. It has been recognized as a "Best in State" course by Golf Digest and is the home of the Mizuno Foundry. The Standard Club is a full scale country club offering indoor/outdoor tennis and pickleball, aquatics, health & wellness, indoor basketball court, exceptional food & beverage, Indoor teaching bay and great golf with exceptional practice facilities.

Experience Required

• Class A member or LPGA member
• Prior Head Professional experience preferred but not required
• Experience at a high-end private club
• Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership and management skills.
• Dedicated to the personalized member/guest experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Golf Genius
• High attention to detail
• Purchasing, Inventory control, budget management and P/L accountability
• Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on the key objectives of the position
• Adequate teaching and coaching knowledge
• Team player

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the clubs tournament operations
• Manage tee sheet to maximize member access
• Merchandising
• Manage outside operations staff
• Be accountable for all golf operations in absence of DOG.
• Play golf with members
